Amazon’s New Email Policy Only 1 per cart

A new policy for Amazon FBA Sellers was announced this week

Now any Amazon FBA Seller will only be able to email their customers once per cart order.

This new policy will take effect on February 22nd, 2018

If you want to know a new way around it you should listen to the podcast, although I will try to explain it here in writing.

Message your customer the day after he receives the order

in the message tells them something wrong like “your product should show up today”

Then ask them a question, like “is your address on file still accurate?”

Now, when the customer replies and they seem to be happy, you will reply to their email and ask for a review
