To increase conversions on your Amazon listings you can create a promotion, buy 2 get 1 free.

Amazon will see that as a 300% conversion rate (Of course it will go down as people visit without buying)

Having high conversion rates will make your product be more relevant to the audience, and therefore Amazon’s algorithm will make it rank higher.

As for A-B testing, you should test changing one thing at a time on your listing, like the title or picture or bullets.

By doing so you are measuring the conversion rate change to see if people buy more or less.

if the percentage goes up its good, if it goes down, put it back the way it was, and test something else.
